It is so hard for me to adjust during spring forward. I have to sleep on a set schedule. It's because of my bipolar. Even if I go to bed an hour earlier, it takes me forever to get used to waking up an hour earlier.

nooo!! I'm not ready for our television lineup to get messed up! --we don't do daylight savings time in AZ... and frankly, I'm glad. Although the 'sun' situation is a bit different here than it was when I lived in the Chicago area, so there is that.

I despise springing forward. Like, loathe and despise it. I'm an early riser and I hate that it's getting dark in the morning again.
Also, it's the same number of hours of daylight no matter when they fall. People who gleefully claim that we're getting more daylight are just... wrong.
