I had a salt scrub before. Not the same thing I suspect. I did feel really smooth after it was done

Supposedly there's an aerosol propellant involved, and that's what I'm allergic to so it would never work for me.

I know nothing about it, but I have no interest in trying it. We use salt to preserve meat. Not sure it would be great for my skin. Seems it might be drying. Maybe someone who has tried it will chime in.

Seems we might never know! If you are talking about skin exfoliation then yes, it exfoliates nicely as do many other products.

I've just had this UK place mentioned to me regarding Salt Therapy Gar- and am now wondering if this is what is meant in the OP. Didn't know this existed before, I have to admit. I went to a Salt Cave once www.ashevillesaltcave.comLike what Barbara just posted about. I went with a bunch of friends, we had groupons it was 4 visits for $40 and you got one for yourself and one to share. We all went once. It was fun... but none of us saw any benefit. IT was just fun to hang out with the girls. (we also shared a bottle of very expensive french champagne in the back of a pick up int he parking lot after! To celebrate a friend finishing Chemo).. so it was a really fun afternoon. None of us used the other three visits. We had no desire to go back.

I wonder how it would compare to using something like Air Purifying Salt Lamp? My friend has something similar, but I don't know how often she turns it on. I'll have to ask her if I can remember.
