It looks like it comes as a PDF pattern that you would print on a printer. Some types of cutting machine software will open PDFs if they are vector based, if it's not a vector based PDF you might have to import the design as an image and vectorize it yourself.
Personally, it looks like it would be a really easy design to just make yourself by finding or drawing a basic egg shape and welding two circles to the top using the software that came with your Cameo. Even if you took the time to round off the points where the circles connect to the egg, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to make a shape like that.

It's pretty easy to convert files using Inkscape, a free program.
