From everything I've read, it looks like Saturday is the day that the new color will be announced. I also read some speculation that since they retired 2 colors last fall that maybe they'll add 2 new colors.
Any speculation on the color(s)?

I'm hoping for a lighter shade of purple. Which two retired?

I feel like that Pink color retired (Salmon?), but I don't know which other one.

Black and Peacock retired.
I'm wondering if they'll do a grey with black being gone.

I can't wait to see what the new color is. I would love a berry or fuchsia color. A pretty grey might be fun too.

Oh! I'm glad I just got a set of black for Christmas! I would like to see either a pretty grey or light purple.

I am hoping for a mossy green. I say that every year and it never is. Maybe it will be something purplish since last year's Pantone color of the year was Orchid. I can see Orchid working with the citrus colors they have introduced lately.

I'd like a purple that is lighter than plum, but not pastel, and/or a medium brown, again not dark, that would look great with the turquoise or tangerine and scarlet.

I'm hoping it's a color I don't like (purple, for example) so I don't feel compelled to buy any!

I would love a new red. A true red. Second would be a nice berry color. Third option is a pretty purple.

oh, I love peacock, I hate to see that retire. I've been buying pieces of peacock in the past couple of weeks while there is still plenty around because I lve it so much. I now have at least one piece in peacock of each of the bowls and plates that we use.

I would love to see a pretty purple. I think the pink is ugly but I it hasn't been around very long, has it? I could see them coming out with a grey. Grey has been so popular the last few years in paint color and other accents.

I know lavendar (lilac) has been done before, but I would like to see it again or something similiar. A mint green would be nice too. I guess I'm wanting to see a pastel.

Oh yes I agree but I was making a very vague comment about the new color that is like vintage red but orange. So not even red to me. Not a fan of that color

I need to get a couple pieces of Peacock! I don't really want to add another color to my set since I have 8 colors already but I can definitely be tempted.

I actually really like the poppy, but don't have any of it.
I also love peacock - I have a place setting and several serving pieces in peacock. Sad that it's being discontinued, but glad that I have some.
BIL picked some up for me when it was on a great sale (we are in Canada, he's in U.S.). It's been at his house for several months. We're heading down to CA in April, so I'll try to bring some of it back (we're flying), but I want to bring back a couple of pieces in poppy as well. He's got two place settings, two gusto bowls and two fruit nappies at his place for me. I can bring the bowls all back, but likely not the place settings. That'll have to wait until next time we drive down.

Nanner, I like the poppy too. So glad i never got the orange, because the poppy is so much more brilliant! Not quite red, not quite orange.
