THIS recipe is so good! I've been making it about once a week all summer. It is moist and flavorful. I like to serve it with asian coleslaw and grilled pineapple. It's also forgiving. I've left out the sunflower seeds and green onions. Substituted sugar for honey. Etc. All just fine. I think it's a little too salty if it's marinated overnight, so just earlier in the day is what I prefer.

Made this last weekend and wanted to say thanks for the recipe. Used chicken tenderloins and served it with a Napa Cabbage Ramen salad. The in-laws loved it!
