I ordered from Joanns.com on Monday and my order is still "processing." I've ordered from them before and I don't remember it taking this long to actually leave their facility. Then it needs 3-7 days to actually get here. I'm kind of annoyed. It's just a handful of enamel dots that I bought when they were 50% off plus the $1.99 shipping. I want them before a big crop I'm going to and now I'm worried they won't come  Any experience? I emailed customer service earlier today but haven't heard anything yet. |

ALL of my orders, even back in 2014 still show "in progress" as the status. I assume they sent me an email when things shipped but I don't remember. I wanna say it took a good week for things to get to me. I'm in IL. The shipping label on a recent box from Joann's shows a return address from Michigan.

Whenever I order from Joann's, I never expect to see my package before 10 to 15 days. They have been the slowest shipping vendor I have used, so I only order things that are on sale and not needed at any time soon.

I just got an email that they've shipped! Yup, took about 6 days for my order too. So now they'll be here before my next crop. Yay!
I will just have to remember not to order if I'm in a hurry!

I rarely order from them because it takes so darn long to get my order. If I can find product anywhere else I will not order from Joann. I order from 3 other sources and none of them take as long as Joann to arrive.

Their shipping is accurate but not speedy. It arrives after I've forgotten that I've made an order which is a nice surprise.

I ordered last month and it was about 2.5-3 weeks from order date to delivery. I don't remember it taking that long in the past.

I ordered on March 3rd and my order hasn't shipped yet. They do tend to ship slow. 2-3 weeks. It is a good sale.

I got a notice from ups that it should be here Friday. So that's just under two weeks (but still two weeks of "business" days), from order to delivery. At least I'll have them for my Saturday crop, hopefully!

I was about to post about this when I saw your post. I placed an order on March 2 and received yesterday that the order has been shipped. This is after I spoke to them on the phone Friday. I thought my order didn't go through or something was wrong. I thought I'd get it sooner when I saw it had a UPS tracking number than I got a second email today that it is being sent through SmartPost. UGH! So I will be getting through USPS and will probably get it Friday! Momma's not happy!!!!

I love to order when they have 1.99 shipping though i know it will take forever to get the items. They really have added a lot of fun stuff lately. I ordered on the 6th and it has not yet shipped. I have no patience

I have placed 4 orders from Joann.com in the last 6 weeks. I am making 100 wedding invites so I have ordered when the items are in stock. Each time it was well over a week before the order even shipped. Not even counting weekend days.
They were the only place that had the paper I wanted. Other wise I would have shopped else where.
I guess Amazon has spoiled us for quick shipping.

It nearly always takes them at least a full week from the day I order to when they actually confirm the ship, and then it's usually another four days to get here. It's extremely slow and it's gotten even slower in the last few months (I order from them a couple times per month when they have good shipping coupons up, so it's noticeable).
A few weeks ago, a stamp I ordered went out of stock between the time I ordered it and the time they actually filled it, and they randomly canceled my entire order -- $75 worth of in-stock stuff -- a full week after I'd placed it. They have a bad track record with not shipping items that I ordered, declaring things out of stock on invoices that are not out of stock on the website, and packing things horrifically (12x12 sticker sheet folded in half, anyone? That just arrived Friday).
I wouldn't order from there if the sales weren't so amazing. There's very little that I can get at Joann when it's on sale that's cheaper anywhere else, ever. I just wouldn't order anything essential or on a time-crunch.

I ordered one item from their website on March 6th during their recent 1.99 shipping promotion. Each time that I checked the status it was always in process. Imagine my surprise when I actually received a notice on the 11th from UPS that the item was going to be delivered the next day (by SurePost.) I did receive the package on the 12th. I was shocked that I had it in time for a class that I was going to on the 14th.

Well I hope that happens to me! For some reason I wasn't logged in when I placed the order so it's not showing up in my account. When I track it through customer service with the number I got in the email, I get an error message. I sent an email to customer service so I hope to get some information soon.

I placed 4 orders from Joanns the first week of the month during their $1.99 shipping special. I have received 1 order from them. Another has shipped and should be here tomorrow, the third should be here on Wednesday. The 4th order was placed on Saturday evening. That one has not shipped yet. I called CS today and had a very nice lady who explained that they had shipping that usually goes out in 3-4 days from orders and that their orders had gotten much faster on processing. I told her I have NEVER had fast shipping from them. We are now a week out even giving them a pass on the "orders placed on Saturday don't start processing until Monday" line. Still no shipping notice. "Well we are extremely busy, blah blah blah. I can send you a 50% coupon on an item coupon if you would like" I told her no at first and as we talked I decided I would take it. We will see what exceptions are on there when I get it.

Just got my shipping notice today for the order I placed LAST Saturday. Guess what's not in the list? The crop-o-dile punch that I specifically ordered for!
Maybe I'll get some more info on that tomorrow. There was no explanation for it not being there. Bummer.
Hopefully Michaels will have a 50% coupon soon.
