I've had a beef roast simmering in the crockpot all day. I'm going to shred it up and make sandwiches out of it.

We are having turkey burgers.
I did see a recipe for white chicken chili that looks pretty fantastic. Maybe this weekend!

It's 8 pm here and I still can't decide what to have - I've not been well the last few days (just a cold type thing) and get sort of hungry but not into eating, if that makes sense! So, it's a work in progress here! Might end up having a cheese sandwich at 11 like I did last night!

Hope the cold clears up soon Sam - the one doing the rounds now can be a bit nasty. We have just had grilled chicken breasts, mushrooms, corn and onion rings for dinner with chocolate mousse for dessert.
