that's what they consider 'large' ?? ha!
and to answer your question, yes-- I was super-excited about the WRMK Sew-Easy gadget, but when I finally bought it and saw that the stylus thingamajigs that actually press the holes into the paper were made of *plastic* and they bent?? Super-disappointment.

What was it.... Maybe doodle cutter? you were supposed to be able to use it with any template to cut out shapes. The problem was, it also cut the template.

That's too bad it is so small. Of course the fact that the two ends aren't even would keep me from buying it anyways. I think I have the other one you posted and then I have one that is a triangular one as well - think it is Theresa Collins. I bought another one that is tiny but figured it would be good on cards but too small for a layout. I really hate when you like a design for something like this and then the size is way off from what you are expecting and it seems to be happening a lot lately.

The lop sided banner would drive me crazy.
I was super disappointed with the Sew Easy too. I have never been able to make it work correctly.

Wow, at least you read the dimensions before you bought and realized how small. Frankly not having the points even would drive me insane (yeah I am that kind of person). I do need a punch like the one you posted for my Stampin Up banners but I think yours is too large. I did get a little excited over it though.

I guess I could trim the sides and top if I wanted a smaller size but that kind of defeats the ease of using a punch. of, if only EK success was like fiskars and make punches in varying sizes.

I just use a heart punch to make my banners or the corner of a square punch - two punches in one!

that is a great idea!! I always seem to end up trimming the fishtails by hand, but can never get them both at the same angle. I will have to remember this! (and the square punch method)
