I stopped at Trader Joe's on my way through Minneapolis today. I ran into someone I know (small world!) and she said that she loves their black bean soup mixed with a can of black beans and their chimichurri rice. They were out of the rice but I ended up getting the black bean soup as well as the tomato red pepper soup. Does anyone have favorite ways to eat these soups, besides plain?

I would think you could do any of these ideas and it would be yummy:
cubes of chicken avocado tortilla chips or croutons corn or other veggie

Check their website, they list recipes. Or if you can figure out the brand manufacturer of the soups.

I have not bought TJ's Tomato Red Pepper Soup but I have bought the tomato red pepper soup from Costco. It comes in the carton and you buy a box with 8 cartons. I like to mix a can if diced tomatoes in with it and then I add basil. It makes a nice tomato basil soup. I bet the corn salsa that ktdoesntscrap mentioned would be really good in it too. I like to have some kind of bread with it to make it much more filling. I have been eating this for lunch this week and eating Naan with it because that is what I have in the freezer.
