The scrapbook Expo will be in Columbus soon. I am so excited to be able to go and look at stamps in person! Lots and lots and lots of stamps! In the past I have had stamp stores that I could get to. But stamp land, stamp your art out, and the stamp pad have all closed. I miss being able to go to a stamp store at least occasionally. Shopping online is just not the same!

I'm going to try to get there on Friday - have to work at a conference Friday evening and Saturday darn it! Loved Stamp Away last year, and if Tim is going to be there I might just have to go again this year!

Tim is so cute!! He was in Columbus a couple years ago. I was fortunate enough to get a picture of him just as the booth is closing. He had been totally surrounded by women all day long. I also love to watch him work. The way he puts things together, he looks like he's having fun.

Tim and Mario are so generous with their time...my hubby and I had our pictures taken a few times with both of these sweet men.
I wiggle my way in front of Tim and watch his creativity with his inks, sprays and paints and am amazed of what he comes up with. I watch him put down color at the beginning of a demo and think that it is a terrible color combo til he keeps going and then eat my first thoughts...lol...
So wish he would invite me for 2 weeks at his home just to really learn(takes me a bit to get it...)I would need to record all the while to get it...
With back, problems this year I may have to have hubby get me a chair and plant myself in front of him...hurt the back in Feb. 12 and just starting to be able to come back into the world again from that.
I want to see his new color line of the month that he has out...so far 3 have been released ...
At the Memories Expo at Stampers Anonymous booth the owner, Ted does a good job using Tim's products himself and I plant myself there as well...he is quit good.
with me planting myself all over the place should be quit a turn out of little 'ol ladies with husbands trailing behind them...lol...my husband actually enjoys taking me to Cincinnati and the Expo...he is a keeper...our Anniversary was the 13th of this month...44 years...
So any pea that is there and you see a silvered haired man and his short wife...come up and say Hi...I may have to come up with a pin with two peas on it so you can shout out to us...will have to think on the pin idea...maybe come up with one and give them to the peas...hummm

WHAT A GREAT IDEA, 2 beads on a safety pin! I'm going to put a small one on my hat and a larger one on my bag. I get Rubber Stamp Madness magazine. A tad spendy, but well worth it to me. 5 years ago I had 12 independent scrapbook/stamp stores plus 3 M's and 2 J,s all within 15 miles. Now it's 3 indies and we added a HL.

Love rubberstamp madness. I did it my subscription now because it's not showing up in our book stores. I'm off to look for a safety pin and two green beads.

I'm always fascinated by the Judith booth and by sparkle and sprinkle. And I like our daily bread.

Don't look for me in Columbus or Cincinnati. I'll be in Puyallup April 24 & 25. Should I look for a "a bright florescent orangy top"? I'll be wearing my Fiskars orange shirt (not bright or florescent) and my Scrap Happens hat.

Just in case you missed it, Gailoh and I did run into each other at the convention. I was watching a demo and there was a couple a tall silver haired Man and his shorter wife. I wondered could this be Gail oh? So I leaned forward and looked for the pin. There it was!!
This is the first time I've ever met a pea in real life. It was very exciting! And fun to talk to Gailoh!! Of course we took pictures!

It's always fun to meet an internet friend. Over the years I have met about 12 who live in other areas of the country.
