Is it hard to learn this stitch ? It looks time consuming ...but it looks so and clean neat when it is done.

I had to look it up to find out what it was. Turns out, I actually did this years ago on a club scrap project. It was difficult. If you search on the net, you'll find there are many tutorials on how to do it.

I saw one demo, scrapaddle. And it does look hard to do.
