I've been trying to sign in for several days on their site with my iPad. The username and password fields are covered up by what's above. You can pull them down, but can't type in them. I just tried on a friend's iPad and had the same issue. The design store is fine, but I'm frustrated with the other site. I use my iPad on this site a lot and never have this issue. Has anyone else had this issue?

It shows me signed in, and everything looks normal at the moment. I am afraid to sign out to see if I have the same issue as you. Sorry.

Have you tried it with a different browser on the iPad? I like using Chrome better than Safari.

Mine works just fine on my ipad. I bought some designs late last night, before the sale ended. I put in my password to complete my transaction?

She is talking about the actual Silhouette America web page - not the Silhouette Design Store page.

Yes, the design store works fine. Hope they can resolve the issue. I've used my iPad many times before with no problem.
I'm reluctant to change to Chrome at this point, but may consider later. Thanks for your responses.

I use both the Chrome browser and Safari on the iPad.
I don't have my iPad here now - but I did go to the Silhouette website on my iTouch and it worked fine - are you getting into the Mobile friendly site? That one works fine.
