I did but now I'm wondering if I'll get my order.
Ordered on 3/6 and received a confirmation email, but I haven't heard anything else from them, nor have I received a shipping notice.
My card was also charged on 3/6.
I sent them an email on 3/18, but have not received a reply.
Well, it took awhile, but I got my order today, 4/2. 15 different sets of Thickers. I like 14 of them (1 is sort of zebra striped).

I have several times with no problem. They do always seem a bit slow with shipping, and I don't recall ever receiving a shipping notice from them. Hope it shows up soon!

I ordered the grab bag last week and they sent back an email saying that they were going to run behind in shipping due to the "overwhelming response".  I've ordered from them many times and never had a problem, but the shipping can be quite slow. |

I have and noticed sometimes the ahipping runs slow especially with the popular items. But I have been very satisfied with my orders so it was worth the wait....

I've also ordered from them and the shipping has always been slow but I've always received my order.

I, too, have never had a problem except longer than usual ship times. I ordered the grab bag, too.

Well...their ears must have been burning since I got a reply to my email. I don't think they should have charged me though, until the order goes out. Here's their email:
We sincerely apologize for the delay on your order. We are still waiting for some of the Thickers from the manufacturer, and it is taking much longer than we expected for them to arrive. However, they should be getting shipped in very soon.
As soon as they get in, we will ship your order immediately. When your order ships, you will receive an email from us (BBC Enterprises) with your Shipping Confirmation and USPS Tracking Number. You may want to make sure and check your "junk mail" folder in case the email ends up there for any reason.
We greatly appreciate your time, patience and business with us, and we hope you have a great day.

You're right...they should not charge you for the order until it is shipped...have you checked your credit card to see if the charge is in "pending" status?

ooh, I almost bought that one, but I held off. Glad you finally got them!! (and you can always heat emboss the zebra-striped ones, or color them with a black marker...)
