I am trying to make a book to take to memories expo this weekend so that I don't buy things I already have. I'm not even going to try to list all my rubberstamps that would be a much too big job. I have way way way too many. But I did try to make a list of my dies. oh my! I could identify 107 die sets that I have bought or been given. I've listed on my inks and refills for those inks, my smooches and sprays. My twinkling h2O's, my glitter glue some liquid pearls, my flocks and fragments and my border punches.
Too too too much!

My friend does this and she keeps her lists in small 6x6 albums so she can bring them with her when she's shopping for something specific. She does all of her color charts for inks, pens, etc. in one, punches and diecuts in another. She has way too many stamps so she doesn't do those, but for everything else it works well for her.
