They are coming to Seattle in November. If you have been recently, could you share what classes you took and your reviews on them?
I went last year when they came here and loved two classes and really disliked one. Trying to avoid signing up for another stinker. :-)
Also - any Washington RefuPeas planning on going?

Not lately. I took a few last September in Jacksonville. Sad that they aren't coming here this year. That was the most scrapping I had done in years!

I went to CKC-Portland in March. I took two classes sponsored by Creating Keepsakes; one was called Put a Cork in It! and I can't recall the name of the other one. They were both really good, I thought. Lots of extra supplies and cute layouts. I also took one from Technique Tuesday but that one didn't impress me much. The vendor fair was actually better than the past couple of years, as well.
I received the email today about the Seattle convention and am trying to decide if I'm going to go.

I went to CKC Nashville last year. I took two classes and just took the Creating Keepsakes sponsored ones. In the more recent years, their classes have been good and I felt like the product in the class bags was current, generous, and stuff I would use. They also had the actual layouts we would make on the class descriptions and they were layouts I knew I would be happy putting in my album. I hate when the company doesn't do that!
I also bought some of their past classes class kits at their booth. Those have been awesome to take to crops bc I don't have to think too hard while I chat. Just follow directions/photo!
They aren't coming here this year, though. Boo.

I'm going to the one in the Houston, TX area in a few weeks. So far I'm just planning to check out the vendor hall and then go to one of the evening crops. I might add a class or two though.

TFS We (my mom, sister and I) have gone to the convention in Portland since the very first year . . . before it was CKC. We decided to NOT go this last year because it had been slowly degrading from the vendor standpoint and the classes. We stopped going to the group party crops about 5 or 6 years ago because we wanted to spend time together instead of in a big noisy room not really getting any scrapping done. It is so hard to tell by the website anymore if the convention was smaller or larger than last year. We might go next year?

I've been going to both Portland and Bellevue for several years, until last year, I actually missed Bellevue Registration opens a week or two earlier this year. I go to a music festival the first weekend in August and the registration is usually the Tuesday after I get back, this year it starts before I go! I looked at the classes yesterday and saw a couple that I thought I might like. Can't remember whichones they were though!

It's been a while since I've gone to Seattle. I'm tempted by some of the classes this year. It's encouraging to read that the vendor fair is improving.

I'm going to the Tulsa one in August. Me too! I keep going, taking classes, & hoping each year that is not the last! I'm disappointed that Embellish it won't have a booth this year, but maybe that will save me some money!!!!

I went to the Buffalo one in May and it was TERRIBLE!!! I didn't take classes, just went to shop, and was horribly disappointed in the vendors (or lack thereof). Most booths consisted of die-cuts, which I don't need since I have a Silhouette, and pre-made pages, which I do myself! There were several booths set up that reminded me of the cheesy cell phone case kiosks that you find in malls. They had knock-off black market Disney, Hello Kitty, etc. products, oodles of cheap rhinestones, etc. Just a bunch of crap IMO. I was so excited to go and went with the hopes of finding NEW products, but found the best part was the crappy cup of coffee I paid $3 for at the concession stand.

On bummer...she's teaching a couple classes, I wonder why no booth?
There are a couple classes I am looking at too. Trying to coordinate (aka "drag") some friends to one of the evening crops with me too.
Classes on my list (will only take 1 or 2):
DIY Christmas Bling it On Live Love Laugh (Embellish It album class) Gifts Galore Creative Photography
