I got my Workbox last summer, and it was pretty life-changing for me! My situation was that I had no space, just my old craft room table and my storage drawers, in our cold, dark, cramped, unfinished basement since 2012 when I lost my corner of our master bedroom to construction (which did not include an alternate scrap space). I only scrapped at crops 2 or 3 times in that time and went on 2 annual retreats. I just couldn't get to my stuff, and then could't deal with spreading it all out with my crazy boys who won't stay away. So getting the Workbox changed EVERYTHING. It's in my living room, it's beautiful, it's organized, and it locks. It's amazing.
Now, I wouldn't change a thing in the sense that it's literally the only thing that could work for me, and I'm grateful for it! But it's not perfect, and you should have your eyes wide open, because it is expensive.

-the 12x12 bins are sufficient for 12x12 paper with edging, but some of the paper pads and packs (which I keep together) just don't fit as perfectly as I wish they would-some don't lay completely flat unless you press them down, which I don't like because I don't want to bend anything.
-the shelves go in easily at first, but especially after you get one row it, it becomes VERY difficult. Especially with the 3.5x3.5 shelves where you can barely get your hand it there to place the brackets. This is technically only a one-time problem because once it's together, it's together, but I envisioned having some flexibility to make changes in how things are organized and have more or less space above each bin. But now, I wouldn't take a shelf out of that thing for a million dollars, because I will never get it back in.
-I sort of miss my vertical cropper hoppers. I wasn't sure how much room I would have for them in the center section, and I knew I'd have to get rid of most of them, but I still like that storage method more than the horizontal bins. I couldn't make it work and still have enough horizontal sections for everything else, so that's a sacrifice.
Honestly, that's it. I absolutely LOVE sitting at that desk and literally just reaching up for all the awesome stuff that is right. next. to. me. Its awesome.
