We still do an Easter egg hunt with adults. There is one egg with money inside of it, the rest have candy.

I think minis inside of plastic eggs would be awesome.

I'm going to butcher the spelling so hopefully someone can help me out, but cascarones (something like that)? When you use eggs, you try to break just a little off the top rinse them out and save them (not sure if you wash or just rinse). You save a lot of them. Then, just before Easter, you fill most of them with confetti and glue tissue paper over the hole in the top. Some of them, you might fill with flour and if you are really mean, there might be an intact egg or two. The eggs are hidden, and when eggs are found, the players chase each other around and break the eggs over each other's heads.

This is the very first I have ever heard of adults doing Easter games or egg hunts. I learn so much here.

In our area, the local Jaycees host a nighttime egg hunt for adults. The cost is $5 per person for Jaycees members and $10 for nonmembers. You have to come with your flashlight and a bag, and the eggs have treats or prize tickets inside. The egg hunt is held once it gets dark outside, and at the end they meet up at a local tavern/restaurant to open the eggs and people can claim their prizes. We haven't ever gone but it sounds like fun to me!

The first year my 6yo dd decided to host the adult egg hunt, she cut coupons out of the paper and stuffed the eggs. Best egg hunt ever!
Since the original hunt, dd handed it over to me so I bought cheesy little things like notepads, sanitizer, soaps the next year I added small tools, frames, garden decorations etc. just like the egg hunt for the children, I write the prize on a scrap of paper and the finder claims the prize. Last year, I did not fill all the eggs just put five gift cards and candy. It's kind of a fun event bc I never had one as a child.

If you are looking for other games, the traditional egg and spoon race has been played once with a mixed group at an Easter party and all had fun.
Lottery tickets are another idea for putting in eggs.

And I'm totally making this up, but why don't go survivor-esque. Divide the group into teams and each team has a color they have to find with part of a message (religious scripture if religous, words to an Easter song, etc...) and the team has to put the words in the correct order. And give a prize to the winning team.
Or look at Minute To Win It Games and give them an Easter twist.
