I thought I was going to make the other half a package of crab and cheese ravioli I got a few weeks ago. However, it's now 6:00 and I haven't even started cooking yet (not that it would take long). We're all so tired from T-ball and other activities and I'm not sure anyone is even hungry. 6yo and I are sitting on my bed playing with our devices. We packed up some plastic Easter eggs for his K class and then we ate some extra chocolate eggs and SweeTart chicks and bunnies. No wonder we aren't hungry. ETA forgot to say, grace2882 I had to pin yet another of your recipes! That chicken looks divine. Thanks! Is it the crab and cheese ravioli from Costco? If so, how is it? I bought some but we havent tried it yet.

I bought some but we havent tried it yet. Really tasty but treat it gently. Some of the raviolis came apart during cooking and the filling disappeared into the cooking water. ETA treated it gently and it came out perfect! I dropped the raviolis into the boiling water one by one, then didn't stir, just sort of pushed them down.

Steak night here. Was lazy & just made a baked potato to go with it. Normally I'd at least try to make a salad.

I was thinking of making an Alfredo sauce for it- what sauce do you use?

I was thinking of making an Alfredo sauce for it- what sauce do you use? While the ravioli drained, I just mixed together a little olive oil, butter, garlic, and lemon juice in the pasta pot over low heat. Oh, and some bay seasoning (Old Bay?) but I wouldn't have missed it if there hadn't already been some on the shelf. Then tossed the ravioli back in. Just a tiny bit of "sauce." That's pretty much the extent of my creative culinary skills. ETA I am sure Alfredo sauce would be delish with it, too.
