Great Customer Service at Art Plus

I've recently decided that I want to support Operation Write Home, and discovered that Hero Arts has several lines that benefit the organization.  So I went a' googling and found Art Plus that carried Hero Art stamps.  I accidently ordered two of one set, and received an email the next morning asking me if I really wanted 2.  Well, no . . . and I actually wanted another set that was the same price and asked to substitute that instead to make billing easier.  Her response, "Fantastic".  The order came today and I even had a free wood mount stamp that will go nicely with the birthday sentiment stamps I ordered.  Yeah!
