My RefuPea enabled Ninja slow cooker should arrive this week, I'm thinking about making the coffee brisket for its test run. Sort of a tribute to the RefuPeas, because it's a first for the coffee brisket too.

Has anyone ever made the coffee sauce brisket slow cooker recipe? Or should I not tempt fate and stick with Dutch oven and recipe linked before?

if not this brisket, what would you suggest for inaugural slow cooker use? Thanks!

I think maybe it was epeanymous who posted the recipe. We make our brisket differently, more like a pot roast.
