I'm ordering new business cards for my eBay business. I want to add to my card that I also carry clothes. Which way is grammatically correct ?

So I see that I made a mistake. Please choose between the 2nd and 3rd choices for the poll. Thanks.

I voted for three although I don't think it is all that clear either.
What "items" do you carry?
I carry clothes, vintage jewelry and modern accessories.. I'd try to find a way to define 'item" more effectively.

What do you actually carry? Are the clothes your 'items' or are they two separate things?

Do you mean that you carry vintage and modern clothing or that you carry clothing and some other vintage and modern items?
If the former then, I also carry vintage and modern clothing sounds clearer, to me anyway.

I was thinking it would sound better to say, "I also carry clothes along with vintage and modern items." However, I also like the idea of identifying what items you carry more.

Both options sound awkward/confusing. Can you give more information about what you sell and maybe someone will have a better suggestion.

It sounds like the OP carries clothing that is either vintage or modern. So, to me, neither option fits.

I don't get what the vintage & modern items are...the clothes? If so both 2 & 3 are incorrect. It should read "I also carry both vintage and modern clothes "

Since it's a business card, there really isn't all that much room. The idea is to get them to my site. I send the card out with orders being shipped so they have a reminder of who I am. The clothes are not vintage. They are separate from the vintage and modern items. Do you think that this sounds good?
"I also carry clothing as well as vintage and modern items." I think that clarifies it better. Keep up with your opinions. It's helping. Thanks.

It was kind of confusing.

I would say something like:
Modern and vintage items: Clothes, shoes, accessories
I don't see the need for full sentences on the business card and that gives you more space for the genuinely descriptive words.
ETA I see now that the clothes are not vintage. I would still simplify the words.
New and pre-loved current fashion (or whatever) Vintage and modern accessories

I think you need to be more specific in what the 'modern and vintage items' actually are. Frankly it could mean anything.

I would not use carry.

I agree about defining the "items." Are they clothing accessories, housewares, shoes, or.....?

I agree with this. I'm not a fan of "I carry" on a business card, a small "list" would be more effective/professional. I also agree that you need to be more specific about the "items" you are selling, otherwise it's just like saying "I sell clothes & stuff".

I don't like the word carry either and I agree that you don't need full sentences. I'm still not sure what you actually stock......so perhaps being more specific would pay off.

I agree that you're using up to much space with words that do nothing to clarify what you actually sell. "I also carry" and "as well as" are taking up unnecessary space. What kind of clothes do you sell? It makes a huge difference if it's modern fashion, baby clothes, or vintage clothes. Put THAT on the card. What are the items?
