Get those videos/bookmarks/layouts saved ladies...they've decided to keep the site operational through the 24th.

I'm good. I have no desire to go there.. I do wish I had the time to save layouts but in reality I probably wouldn't even use them much. I am still not happy with the way they ended things... (can you tell I am a little mad?) lol.. although not as mad as I was when it first happened.

Oh good, there are still a few things I would like to save that I just haven't been able to get around to doing! Thanks for the update.

I just saw that. Glad we have more time - I was having issues with my video downloader last night and still wanted a few things off there.

I'm betting they probably still have a lot of inventory to move.

I speculate the extension indicates inventory has not yet been depleted. Perhaps, in hindsight, the owners realize abruptly dumping the bucket did not generate sales, since respect & loyalty goes both ways! After reading the announcement & immediately deleting the mobile app, I returned to the Bucket the next day to copy my bookmarked layouts for inspiration & removed the site from favorites on my laptop. I have & will not be back to the site. Good riddance!

I'm betting they probably still have a lot of inventory to move. I'm betting the same thing. I guess I will go back a pin a few more layouts out of the gallery for inspiration.

Yep-AKA we need to sell more stuff. I'm wondering if they will end with a final warehouse sale?

I just have no desire to buy anything else there. Sad to say I have placed 2 orders else where. I am heart broken over 2peas closing, but I love that I at least had here to go to get my scrapbooking information fix.

I had a hard time trusting them and spending money with them when they were *open*. Now with this closing and the whole "no returns, we don't care if product is damaged, and anything we're out of stock on we'll give you credit instead of a refund" yeah, that's just NOT the way to run a business. They're learning that with having to close, and buyouts not working, but it seems that they will just never understand how to treat a customer. I'm sure they have stuff to sell still, but nearly everyone has said that they just plain can't find anything to buy from the site. I think their best bet might be to make warehouse boxes/kits and sell those off at a deep discount.

I'm just happy that I have more time to watch videos, I'm hoping they won't delete the you tube channel but...

I'm just happy that I have more time to watch videos, I'm hoping they won't delete the you tube channel but... That's how I feel too. I still have some bookmarks to pin and want to watch a few more videos. I'm glad they are keeping it open and giving us access to more than just the shopping.

I am glad they decided to stay open a bit longer. I will probably browse through the gallery a bit more for layouts I like, and try to get some videos downloaded in case they pull those (I haven't had a chance to look at any of their videos at all).
I am frustrated and mad at two peas for the way they closed down, but I feel taking a last look at the videos and layouts that were uploaded still honors the people that created them--they put a lot of work into them and it's going to be lost as the collection it is now. The customers and Garden Girls are not to blame, and I want to be able to see what I can learn from their videos & layouts in the short time there is left.

I placed a small order for Shimelle's stamp set. I have never had trouble with a two peas order so I am hoping all goes well. No store closing is easy or goes as planned. Or will not make everyone or anyone happy.. I am thankful for over ten years worth of free inspiration and friendships I discovered on two peas. I hope to have time to re watch a few videos this weekend. I can only down load so many to my old laptop

I am very glad to have some more time to watch a few more videos, take some notes, print out some things, and save some gallery items to my computer. I am crossing my fingers hard that the videos are returned to the designers and stay on Youtube.

I have heard that there is a way to download videos? I paid for a Class that Wilma taught that I had not yet viewed. I hate to ask again but can someone post a link to the directions on how to download these videos?
Thanks so much!

Sabrina Sabrina, here's the link to the thread with directions for downloading the videos: Downloading 2 Peas Videos
I used the directions that Javajones posted for Firefox and found that it worked really quick and easily. I did find that for most YouTube videos I was copying from the gallery posts (the class room videos were in Vimeo), I had to start the video and let it run a couple seconds for the NetVideoHunter to recognize it. HTH!
