Yes. It's great if you don't mind waiting four minutes for warm water to wash your hands.

My sister has a propane one. She never has enough hot water to wash the Thanksgiving dishes.
I don't know what the problem is--but she sure doesn't not have the joy of lots of hot water. I always help clean up after the Thanksgiving feast and we have NEVER had enough hot water. I think their system is about 5 years old. Last Nov. she mumbled something about "not cleaning the filter" before the holiday.
Based on what is happening at her house, I lost interest in having one.
