National Scrapbook Day is tomorrow, Sat. May 2! Some of these events have already started, so be sure to check them out. Here are the online crops, blog challenge hops, manufacturer challenges, etc. that we have heard about. If you know of one not on this list, please post here so I can update it!

Take one of their free classes and create a project based on the class to be eligible for prizes. This actually has already started and you can upload your projects now through NSD.

Studio Calico will be hosting something, I don't believe it has been announced yet. I recall challenges and chats with prizes. And it seems like you had about 1 week to get challenge entries done. They also sold a special kit, but it went up for sale that day. That was just fine for me, it would be hard to sell in advance so everyone receives it in time.
I'm going to check out the Scrapbook.com class, that sounds cool. Thanks for starting this!

This is the a time I miss 2peas...I always so enjoyed their events!!! NSD, with the exception on last year, was always soooo fun!!

I know, I miss the 2peas crops and chats with Garden Girls, manufacturers, etc  And geez, their prizes were always amazing. I actually used some paper yesterday that I won from one of their crops. |

Pixels2Pages Is having an online digital event for NSD and their 5th birthday. You can purchase a membership for just the event. If you have not tried them out they are a wonderful group of digital artists with lots of educational videos and a few in person events a year around the country. I believe many were former CM consultants. I just started added digital to my toolbox and they have been super helpful.

I swear, EVERY year something comes up on NSD so I can't play along and this year is no different. DD has a birthday party to go to right in the middle of the afternoon that day and she's too young to drop and dash. We really like the neighbors who are hosting the party so it won't totally suck, but still!

You are welcome! We've actually expanded our online activities this year with a week-long layout challenge that will have six parts -- released each day Monday - Saturday. It's based on a single concept, and could lead to you having a complete album about yourself! The specifics about the release will be announced Sunday afternoon.
We'll also have a Flickr page for people to post their layouts for all the challenges, the one above, and the five that will be released on NSD.

My co-host, Tiffany, and I are doing a video challenge that day and we have some of our former show guests posting challenges and videos all day. We'd love for any of you to join us!
