I tried your Parmesan Baked Pork Chops tonight and they were great! DH isn't fond of pork but he liked them too.
Thanks for posting that awhile back, I'm glad I bookmarked that thread and rescued it from 2Peas.

aw thanks, guys! You're making me blush. Here is the recipe and my notes: I used really big pork chops, half a pound each or bigger. I think they were labeled New York cut. I cut the cheese mixture in half and still had tons leftover. I think I doctored it up with a little more seasonings, too. Then I baked them for over an hour, maybe an hour and ten, because they were so huge, and they came out perfect. Parmesan Baked Pork Chops 4 boneless pork chops 1 T. olive oil 1 C. parmesan cheese (I used Kraft)* *that note is from the original recipe. I actually used shredded Parmesan. The Kraft might work better. 1 C. Italian bread crumbs 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
