I've been on hold for 32 minutes with them. This is the second time I've called them and each time they put you on hold for a LOOONNGGG time.
I ordered three cartridges three weeks ago and forgot to add a promo code that was good for 20% off. Since I hadn't clicked on Submit, I used my back button to go back and add the promo code. Imagine my surprise when I saw two emails in my inbox from them, one for the full price for the cartridges and the second one for the discounted price.
I immediately called them, was put on hold, and then told that "the order had already gone to their warehouse and that there was nothing they could do." They said once the packages arrived, to call or email them and ask for an RMA to return the package. I also emailed them that day about my order, telling them that I called them right away and that it wasn't possible for the order to have been fulfilled that fast... and they replied that if I was not happy with the order to return them (and that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee!).
So!!!... I replied to that email for them to send me an RMA to return them. I haven't heard a thing from them and am now on the phone waiting to talk to someone just to get the *($)#$^ RMA. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER FROM THEM! So beware, ladies, they are not practicing good customer service!!

Oh geez. I think I'd just bypass them at this point and call my credit card company and have them reverse the charges. And then send the other package back C.O.D.

I didn't use a credit card, I used PayPal. And I never did get ahold of them today. I was on hold for an hour before I gave up.

I hate being on hold. Seriously, sometimes I think companies leave you on hold so they don't have to talk to you.
Alissa has good advice. File a dispute with Paypal. They should be able to see that you were charged twice for the same product.
