My husband once a year or so will get a hersheys bar and dip the little rectangles into peanut butter.
It's about the most awful looking thing ever but he claims it's better than a reeses cup. I love buckeyes and reeses cups but the thought of the hersheys chocolate and real peanut butter just makes me gag.

I dip ginger biscuits (cookies) into my coffee sometimes. Lots of people dip biscuits into hot drinks or milk in the UK. I don't dip chocolate covered biscuits (cookies) into hot drinks as I like my chocolate cold from the fridge

Oh, forgot to add my odd dipping habit. Sometimes I dip buttered toast in hot chocolate. I remember dipping peanut butter sandwiches in hot cocoa for breakfast before school. The bread and hot cocoa were homemade of course! My siblings and I were in elementary school at the time. Who doesn't love peanut butter and chocolate!

I rarely dip chocolate biscuits into drinks at all, especially hot drinks.....I always seem to get the half melted chocolate all over my face if I do - especially the thickly covered choc biscuits from M&S! - and it's not a good look!!

I keep thinking of more lol.
I dip Wendy's fries in my Frosty. Love the combo of sweet and salty. But I wouldn't try it with any other brand fries or ice cream.

When I was growing up we would crumble up saltines or tear up white bread, add sugar, pour some coffee over it, then some milk, and eat it like cereal. I think this was depression era food handed down from my grandma.
The saltines in coffee sounds odd but it isn't that different from the "coffee soup" we used to make.
We would also cook white rice and add brown sugar and milk and eat it like cereal.

In Australia they have these amazing chocolate biscuits caled Tim Tam's. Rectangular biscuits completely covered in chocolate. I learned to bite off two oppsing corners of the Tim Tam, and dip one corner into coffee and suck from the other corner. You basically use the buscuit as a straw to suck coffee into the whole biscuit. Then you have to shove the whole thing in your mouth before the biscuit and chocolate falls apart. It is the most divine thing ever Chocolate + coffee = foodgasm <3

My son's friend likes to dip cold pizza into sweet fruit yogurt during school lunch. He's been doing this since kindergarten (now nearly in high school). Unusual enough that my kids comment on it at least once each year

We used to dip potato chips into Coke when I was a kid. Bonus if the chip had an air pocket, that could be filled up with Coke.

The occasional fries in a milkshake but beyond that, I'm pretty non-dipping.
Wait..celery sticks and cream cheese with diced olives...I dip the shit out of that.

some of these things are really making me go 'ewww!' it's nothing personal, as I'm sure people would think the same about me putting potato chips and butter on my bologna sandwich... but dipping potato chips into coke or pizza crust into diet coke?? I guess I don't like to eat anything that soggy except cookies and milk, and [some] cereal.

As a kid, my favorite was a saltine cracker with creamy peanut butter dipped into Campbell's chicken noodle soup. An odd comfort food memory.

My mom used to put a slice of processed cheese food ( ya know the one in the individual wraps) at the bottom of her coffee cup, pour hot coffee, milk and sugar in and then dunk white bread into the cup, smearing the bottom to get the cheese on the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. When we went to Puerto Rico to meet some of her family, they did it too!

Sounds vile to me, but I prefer black coffee and can't remember the last time I ate processed cheese slices. Is it just a family thing, or is it common in Puerto Rico?

French fries dipped in mayo (or now sometimes mayo-sriracha).
Popcorn dipped in hot sauce. If I had extra parmesan packets from pizza I would sprinkle that on popcorn too.
Way, way back when as a starving student, I would use any extra taco bell sauce tubs (long, long before the days of packets) on saltines (obtained from ordering soup or salad in the cafeteria). (this was way before microwave ovens were in use, never mind microwave popcorn).

I have now realized I am a dipper. I love to dip buttered popcorn in my diet coke. French Fries in mayo, ranch or mayo/siracha.. Chicken or pork into mayonnaise and applesauce, If there is a dip around I will be eating it.

Nope, but I love saltines dipped in coca-cola. Other than that I don't dip anything. The oddest thing I like to eat is nestle quik straight out of the tub or non dairy creamer packets- the powder kind. Back in the day, my grandfather used to put salted peanuts in his coca-cola. Actually, I remember a lot of people doing it and would do it myself from time to time. I don't know if it is widespread thing, or regional to the south? Salty and sweet at the same time.

I like gravy or ketchup on fries. I hate dipping unless I run out of ketchup. Then I must dip.
I hate soggy anything.
I also don't like food touching.
