I just got a set of 40 from blitzy and I'm wondering how people store them? I'm tempted to put them in a big glass jar but (1) I would really like to line them up by color and (2) I'm afraid their bottoms will come off and get ink everywhere. How do you store yours? I'd love to see pictures.

I don't have any, but this video shows a woman who bought a snap container at Michaels. She calls them something else, though. But they look the same.

Mine are stored in a similar container to that one. I got my case at Michaels and it was in the scrap section. It had a white/pink/green label on it. I think the brand is a girl's name. It is not an Iris or Michaels brand name. It was $8.99 not on sale. It holds four rows of 13 inks. I have had it for a few years and have since bought 4 more for other storage. It is perfect for travel and I store it in my top desk drawer. The other kinds had indentions in the first row and you couldn't store as many.

Mine are lined up in one of my Scrap 'n Cube drawers in color order. Love opening the drawer and seeing the rows of color. I have not had a problem with the bottoms falling off. This works great for me.

I actually don't have a suggestion (I only own 2), but just wanted to thank you for the thread! It's reminded me to put them where I can see them so I remember to ink my photos, etc. more often.

I was lucky to get a great deal on a set last year during a Prima promotion at my LSS. They are stored in small round hat box type of box that I bought at TM. Most of them fit on the bottom. I was going to make a foam core divider, but then realized that I had a basket right on my project table that fit perfectly for the top level. The neutral colors I use most are in the basket. I made a color chart that is tucked along the inside. The chalks are generally arranged in rainbow order.

Since we're on the subject, here is my Colorbox chalk storage. This little book type box was a perfect fit for the exact number that I have. I've used these for so long that the foam is almost shredded, but they still come in handy every now and then.

That snap container (is that what it's called? I think I got mine in the jewelry-craft aisle) is what I use for my chalk inks too. In fact, I use it for all my small inks, Hero Arts/etc. mini-cubes and Memento dew drops included. Very handy.
