I haven't seen it but I'm really looking forward to reading their book. I'm so glad they are free.

I saw the one girl on Dr. Phil right when it happened, but see now that the other two have a book together. Do they address the relationship between all of the girls? I was wondering if they get along or not or agree on what has been said about their experiences.

Amanda Berry said on Dr Phil they talked a few times in the beginning but not at all any more. She said she and the other girl are still extremely close!

I believe Michelle Knight (?) wrote her own book and she is not close with the other two.

I read Michelle Knight's book in part because I wanted to support her by purchasing it. Just not well-written at all. she could have used a good ghost writer, editor, just some basic guidance. I don't regret buying it or reading it for exactly the reason I gave, but man, she is not a writer.

Michelle Knight did have help writing her book. Michelle Burford, a New York Times bestselling author, is the person that helped her write the book. And yes, Kelkeller, Michelle Knight did have some issues prior to the kidnapping, though I don't recall any specifics being mentioned in the book. She also came from a very unsupportive and dysfunctional family.

I watched a few min of it but after he (the brother was it?) broke the puppies neck I had to turn it. I just wasn't in the mood to watch something that sad. I needed to watch something light. I was really in a sad mood already.

I forgot it was on. I set the DVR to catch the next airing of it, which was in a day or two.

I watched it and the special afterwards and thought they were both very well done. I learned a lot about the case I'd somehow missed when it all happened, especially from the special, "Cleveland Abduction Beyond the Headlines". I think it is well worth watching. One of the actors from "Orange is the New Black" plays "Michelle" the first girl kidnapped.

I haven't seen the movie yet but Michelle's book broke my heart. That man was a monster, and he singled her out for the worst if his behavior. Sick sick sick.
I was just recovering from rape and assault when this happened, and I just can't imagine surviving YEARS of this.

sugarmama TLC I believe. I am not going to watch it. I saw some previews and I just can't do it. I really don't need to know all that was done to them.

My mom started to watch it, she said, but had to change it. It was too much for her. I can't imagine those poor girls. I hope this is helping them with their healing process.

I DVR'd it and watched it this afternoon. It was basically all Michelle's story. I am interested in hearing Amanda and Gina's story. Maybe I'll have to read their book.

I watch ID tv all the time, but this story is just too sad and scary. I'm so happy they are free, but I can't watch their torture.
