Police fire one shot at young black man. No other info as it just happened about 20 minutes ago however a reporter on the scene said there was a gun on the ground next to the victim.
ETA: police now say he was not shot, the weapon being carried by the suspect went off when he fell to the ground.
Just to show how things get screwed up a witness is saying she saw the whole thing and the police shot the guy in the back. So the witness was wrong, the reporter on the scene was wrong and another rush to judgement before the facts were in.
I apologize because I just did the same thing by posting before all the info was in.
