Pics of her with her favorite toy / playing her favorite game
Have her hold a favorite toy from when she was a baby (if you have it)
Have her pose at her favorite playground / pool
Does she dance, do karate, etc? Pics of her there
Is she a tomboy? Do a spinoff of a wreck the dress shoot. Buy her a frilly so-not-her dress at a thrift store, then let her play in the mud or a sand pit and get all dirty.
