1. With digital do you use them digitally or do you print them as you need them? I do traditional scrapbooking as I am on my computer all day and seriously love using my hands to create. But am wondering about the digital side if they are different kits/cards in those kits or are cheaper, etc...
2. Does anyone have a list of all the PL kits created? I would love to see which ones I am missing. I also am looking for views of all cards from each kit. I know BH has it for most of her kits but not all.

I do not use digital PL (however, I recently started using the PL App and love it). I think they offer the same kits digitally that are offered in cardstock versions. Here is a listing of PL Kits (Updated as of 04/25/15)

Space wise digital would be great. However, the who reason I do this is because I like the tactile process of playing with physical paper and embellishments.

I do use some digital embellishments, but not the official PL ones. Mostly I use are pocket cards and word embellishments and label/tags. I print mine out at home using Presentation paper. It gives me some extra variety and more options. Sometimes, because they are lots of options you can find designs that are more your style or some unique themes you might not see in an actual physical line.
It took me a while to find the designers and shops whose products "spoke to me" and fit what I like. I still don't necessarily buy everything they put out, but I'll at least always go check it out.
