I am sad to carry this news over here- just saw it on a UK site. Not surprising, but sad to see another print magazine die.

It is sad, but as we are both proving by being here online - most people use the internet now for ideas, purchasing, etc. I guess it's just not feasible for a print magazine to stay in business. I still have a big stash of scrapping magazines that I just can't get rid of. I still like to look through them to get inspiration and ideas.

Yeah, I was at Walmart the other day in the magazine/book aisle. I was sooooo sad that there was not one papercrafting magazine of any type!

I have started buying our local magazine in South Africa just to keep the last one going ! We used to have two, but one has also gone this year ! But yes - there is so much available on line - and I would rather have space for albums than magazines !

I am in the UK, but I haven't bought a magazine for ages. I don't have the space to store them, and I can find better content online. I'm sorry for the people who work on them, though

I went to Hobby lobby recently and was surprised to see not a single scrapbook or paper crafting magazine there.

I confess that I don't really have a space problem, which probably exacerbates my hoarding problem

That is sad.
I have a copy of "Paper Crafter" magazine; my souvenir from visiting London. I think after I make use of the goodies that came with it (washi tape, some cardboard shapes, paper samples, etc), I will place the whole magazine in a 12x12 sleeve and add it to the sort of album-style smashbook I keep.
