Meatloaf (no tomato sauce) with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Steamed buttered Brussels sprouts - weird I know.
Pumpkin pie w/whipped cream for desert. Lots of ice tea - no sugar!

A lot! If I knew it was the last time I would ever eat, I'd eat until I died! I love food and it's really hard for me to feel full, so I'd eat it all! Sad but true. And that's a lot of the reason it's so hard to diet and why I have such a tendency to be fat! I have to really work at this! So I guess I'd have several last meals!
So far, everything everyone's listed sounds awesome!!!

Another one for fried chicken, mac and cheese, black eyed peas, warm buttered biscuits, chocolate cake with seven minute icing. And guess what we are having for dinner? BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, black eyed peas, warm buttered biscuits and chocolate cake.

Salmon not over cooked and preferably miso salmon from The Cheesecake Factory. I have said this for years and the hospital wouldn't let me eat and it didn't even run through my mind. I mised out on a perfectly good meal. My last meal before apple sauce and yogurt would have been fajiatas at my sil.

My pick would be avocado fries, calamari from Bonefish grill, lightly beer battered fried shrimp, angel food cake with chocolate frosting (we grew up having it so I realize it isn't typical but brings back fond memories), ice water and a long lingering meal with dear ones.

Anything as long as I don't have to cook it ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/OrTI4SBmZ2ZYSFv6ag4f.jpg) Seriously, it would be a toss up between some really excellent chicken enchiladas or a platter of various seafood ... and there would be wine ![:2thumbsup:](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/zKsqKGInldFvtmx415J3.jpg)

My husband created a pasta recipe with my favorite things - blue cheese (or gorgonzola), cream, Worcestershire sauce, filet mignon, red peppers, caramelized onions and pine nuts. This would be my last meal. And warm out of the oven chocolate chip cookies. A close second would be a burger called the Home Wrecker which has peanut butter, bacon and egg and I would have a nice side of homemade mac & cheese beside that.

Salmon BLT on really good ciabatta bread. Mashed potatoes with carmelized onions. Squash oozing butter. Jamie Oliver's chocolate mousse, Ina Garten's outrageous brownies, and a smorgasbord of various decadent chocolate desserts. Finally it would be a big ole bowl of fresh raspberries followed by a caramel dipped apple. Since I am highly allergic to apples and raspberries it really would be my last meal, but what a way to go!

My last meal would be something I didn't cook, maybe a burger from my favorite bar and grill, a tall glass of porter followed by some truffles from the Chocolate Garden and a fresh baked brownie with peanut butter chips, nuts, and caramel in it.

Cake. Lots and lots of cake. All kinds of cake.
And M&M cookies.
In all reality, it would be a nice seared filet, baked mac and cheese, fresh baked bread and butter, carrots.
And then the cake.

This is a really bad thread to read when you're hungry! I would find it so difficult to narrow down, but I think I would have garlicky roast lamb with roast potatoes, a heap of green vegetables and sweet corn fritters ( I know the fritters are weird with the lamb, but I don't care). I would also have a huge bowl of artisanal ice-cream, a dessert from my favourite restaurant, a cream fudge doughnut, and a box of Raffaello chocolates! And then I would die replete. ![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Ivm7lm0DayrhoRpwvCeH.jpg)

It would depend on what I was in the mood for at the time. It would definitely be something unhealthy, like pizza or fried seafood. Maybe salmon sashimi as well because I recently developed a sensitivity to salmon and I really miss it. Maybe just a huge variety of everything I love. Followed by sugar. Lots and lots of sugar until I took my last breath. Warm Krispy Kreme donuts dunked in hot chocolate, really good creme brulee, various flavors and brands of ice cream, all of my favorite Little Debbie's, pancakes, brownies, chocolate truffles...
Can you tell I'm still struggling with sugar cravings? I'm still staying strong, but the struggle is real.
I once knew a cocaine addict who had been clean for decades. He told me that if he were ever given a terminal diagnosis, he would just do all the cocaine he could until he died. I feel that way about sugar.

I watched that episode and thought the same thing! I don't know if I have just one thing, so like vpohlman, I'd probably eat until I exploded! However, if I was forced to choose one actual meal it would be mushroom ravioli, lobster tail w/drawn butter, steamed asparagus, baked mac & cheese and chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream from Baskin Robbins (which I don't think they even make anymore).
