Have you ever ordered from Zulily? I found a few items and want to order but it says the items are not returnable. I am not sure on the fit or the quality of the material. I am looking at the plus sizes. I want to order a top, and it only $24.99 so it's not like I'd lose hundreds of dollars, but still....I want to know what your experience was with Zulily. Tell me the good, the bad and the ugly!

If it doesn't fit, you're totally out of luck. It takes forever to get your item, so don't plan on having it for a particular occasion. They have cute stuff, but I don't order clothing, shoes or gifts from them any more.

I would only buy clothes and shoes if I was familiar with the brand and how things fit. Items ship slow, so be prepared. I recently bought a comforter set for my son. The reverse side was supposed to be a solid gray (it was royal blue)! When it came, the picture did show the gray color. Not Zulily's fault, but I'll try to know brands better if I'm wanting a specific color.

I ordered a dress for my dd and while it was exactly as pictured, and true to her size, it was quite a bit shorter than it appeared in the photo. One of my friends said she had the same thing happen, but this was in the kids section. I really wish they would have a better description of the item, at least length! I'm in canada and I was very impressed with how quickly it shipped, but it could have been beginners luck. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

I would assume that the quality of the material will depend on the brand. I have never order clothing other than shoes.
Like Oaksong said, orders can take a long time to ship. How long your item takes to ship will depend on how close they are to getting the items to ship. I have had items arrive in about 5-7 days and other times it has taken 3 weeks. I like to check out their Orthaheel sales. Sometimes they have some good deals and I am willing to wait for them.

I always love the look of their things but have been disappointed when they actually arrive. It's been mainly children's clothing and toys I have ordered and by the time I've factored in post and packing I could have bought something of better quality elsewhere.
The delays in shipping are because they don't actually stock the items themselves, they order them when they receive a customer order. At least that's what happens over here.

I ordered two pairs of Crocs. I have worn them before so I knew which size to order. For some reason they are both too small, and I am stuck with something I can't return.

I must have been lucky, because I have had great luck, with quick shipment. I think some things run small, so I have just read the description as closely as possible. Definitely no return though! ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg) Love their prices

I went off of them for a while because I was having shipping way outside of the predicted windows (like, eight weeks shipping). Now I only order from there when (1) I know the brand and (2) I don't need the item for months. I have been buying things for the baby that isn't due until August, eg, because I don't need that stuff any time soon.
I don't buy seasonal things from there, for sure--I can't be certain it will show up in the season. I had a Halloween item miss Halloween (it was ordered in early September).

I've had great luck with accessories and things without size. I've bought a few shoes from companies I know very well. I have yet to buy garments because my size in clothes varies so much. Shipping can be painful, they're not Amazon, but it's been worth it. I'd give them a chance!

I have ordered a number of clothing items and had pretty good luck I always order larger than what I think I'll need and that seems to be the key ![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/Ui47LhQw2NqWVWNNqtfM.jpg) Shipping can definitely be slow so I make sure that I'm prepared to wait ...

I actually did successfully return some shoes that were absurdly large, but I got the feeling it was a one-time courtesy thing.

I've had more trouble with the home goods items and shoes than with the clothing. But more good than bad. They always make it right when a problem occasionally occurs, too.

I have had only one problem with clothing. I usually wear a medium so I ordered a large. The stinkin' thing was so small that it fit my teenage daughter. Unfortunately she thought it looked like something her mom would wear! Well, duh I did order it for myself! So I am stuck with something that I will never fit into and I can't return.
ETA...My sister ordered some kind of glassware set and some of it came broken. They refunded her total purchase price, gave her an additional $10.00 and told her she could keep what wasn't broken. She was a happy camper. They do have pretty great customer service.
One time I accidently ordered 2 of the same Kate Spade handbag in my excitement. I called them right away, we had a good laugh and she fixed my order!

I mostly order kids sizes, and only once or twice was the sizing off. Our grandsons clothing from Zulilly is very well made, without exceptions. He looks adorable in them too. I've gotten him some great toys too. Again well made and especially good quality .

Ok,I bit the bullet and ordered a pretty tank top in the next size up. I had to pay shipping and that brought the order total to $30. I'll update when it arrives and see if it fits. Hopefully that won't be at the end of summer! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

I've had a lot of things broken and they are always great about refunding my money. I only order what I know and still sometimes it comes back as off size, so I don't order clothing or shoes anymore. I ordered a sunhat for a friend's child and it took 3 months to get to me. I ordered a piece of jewelry with a name engraved and it came in less than 2 weeks. You just never know.

I've been ordering from zulily for almost 5 years now. The bad things are you can't return items and it takes forever to get your items. Other than that, I LOVE them! I'm waiting on two orders right now ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MNrJDkDuSwqIMVw33MdD.jpg)

I have ordered from them once. It took over a month to come and wasn't fantastic quality. It was over priced view of this. Wouldn't bother again.
