I saw a clip from one of the night time talk shows. He said that "a beloved character dies tonight" When asked why, he said no one is irreplaceable on the show.  Added a link below a few posts to see the interview |

didn't a beloved character already die last week when Ned was killed in Egypt? you mean there will be another death?
ETA: I really like the Ned character. I was shocked to find out Mimi Rogers is playing his mom and that she is with the CIA (or something like that). that was an interesting twist. but I can't imagine losing another character this season. that's a bummer.

The way the interview was, it definitely seemed as if there would be yet another death. I also liked Ned. He had grown into a fine agent. |

well, it wouldn't break my heart if Tony's girlfriend didn't come back. I don't like her much. in as much as I like Ellie's husband Jake, he's dispensable compared to the others. take him but don't take someone like Jimmy or Ducky (because I'm sure it won't be any of the major-major characters). jimmy and ducky are like major-minor. LOL

I thought I read somewhere that there would be one death and one person would be moving to the New Orleans show. I'm wondering if it may be Gibbs since he keeps seeing ghosts. He is well loved and I don't think the show would even be remotely what is without him. My other thought is Tony  |

Tony is supposedly crossing over to at least one episode of NCIS:LA, but not until next season.
It will shock me if another character dies tonight, but if so, it'll be and "outside" character I think. Bishop's husband or Tony's girlfriend definitely come to mind.

I'd really like it to be Director Vance if anyone else goes - those Directors are very much part of the programme, but also dispensable IMO!!  Maybe Abby's fart cushion hippo thing finally gets the chop?   |

See my thought is Gibbs also because he has not been the same since last season when Ziva left, and then Diane's death. gibbs is the crux of NCIS so I doubt it would be him. I don't think they would kill tony off but, at worst, I guess they could transfer him to NCIS-Nola. if they did that, he should be the crux of that show because his character far overshadows the other two guys on that show. see? I can't even remember their names. no, not jimmy. someone has to take over for ducky if something happens to him. he is no spring chicken and we can't afford to lose the entire medical team. |

Either they just killed off the show, or they've used the injure Gibbs, leave him in limbo then bring him back storyline one too many times.
