I know I'm late to the party, I should have downloaded my classes well before now. The only one I care about is Finding Photo Freedom (Stacy's class) and I can't find any information about it. I didn't get a link emailed to me about it and I don't see it on the one link I found that lists which classes are going away. Can someone please let me know if there is a way to download this particular class?
If its not going away - does that mean that I have to pay the monthly fee to view it on the new website?

BTT - I haven't' done anything my classes either.
CAn someone fill me in - I think some are one 1 site and some on teh new sc site... and some are going away?
How do we know what to do? What a PITA...

I am under the impression the Finding Photo Freedom is transfering to the new site. You will NOT need a membership to access your previously paid for class. I do not know if the message boards and galleries from the class are going to transfer over to the new site. You should have been sent information (a unique code) to the email address on record (on record at the old site). The unique code will give you access to your old classes that have been transfered to the new site. We have been informed we will have access to the transfered classes for at least 3 years. You will NOT have to have a membership to access your classes that transfered over to the new site. If you do not have the code, email the new site. The old site has no active employees and no customer service . It is a "ghost" site. My advice is to access the new site and see what was transfered. If the galleries and message board are not on the new site, go to the old website and download what you want to keep. The "old website" will completely cease to exist on July 31, 2015. So if there is something on the old website that is not on the new website get hot and start downloading! The powers to be have done a lot of organizing to make our downloading easier. Many files have been zipped together to make things much easier. I am not sure of the details concerning the videos Fyi-concerning the "get hot" remark. I mean this in an encouraging way. I also still have to download a few (million) things off the old website.  Best of luck, I know you can do it! |

Thanks for the info HOuston...so I need to go fishing for email codes eh? Ugh.
I know I changed email addresses once over the years, maybe twice?

Ok so I logged in at the old site and it shows the classes I bought but there isn't any info there about which classes are moving, how to access them, which are not moving and how to save them etc? Or if they will remain on the old site? Ugh.
