I generally like to clean up my photos if the exposure or color are off. My point/shoot does a decent job of capturing images. (occasional manual, but mostly auto), but I find my need for cleaning up keeps me from printing very large orders at one time.
Usually 50-100 is about the most I will do. Not every photo photo is edited, however. What about you?

I edit every picture. Some might need a lot of work if I used my cheapy purse camera. With some I can get two done in less than a minute if they already look good but just need to be sharpened, cropped, or brightened. Still, it's a chore for me me because I do about 100 at a time. My computer has slowed down adding to the time it takes to edit. It's the part of scrapping that I really, really, really don't like.
Editing is also the time when I form a mental picture of the layout if it's a multi photo layout. Will I use full size 4x6 or crop to squares and make a grid or will I use some full size and some smaller? That also adds to the time.

I don't have photo editing software.
I will crop a photo using Snapfish's crop & edit tool, but nothing beyond that.
I also use Photosheet to make many small pics on one print.

I hardly ever break out my good camera anymore. My phone is too convienant. I do whatever limited editing I can on my phone when I take the pic. I live with what I end up with.

I edit almost every picture I take, even if it's just a tiny bit. Almost everything needs to be brightened -- although now that I've finally started using manual mode, that's not as much of a problem as it used to be. I also convert every photo that I can to black and white. I can't help it. I love b/w pictures so much.

I edit most of my pics that will be scrapped. Some need the color adjusted, some need to be lightened up a little (especially pics taken with my phone) and most need to be cropped to fit the layout. Nothing makes me crazier than getting a layout completely done except for ONE photo that is printed in the wrong size, is too dark, whatever. It drives me totally nuts!

I'm far too lazy so will only edit a photo if it is really bad and I want to include it in my album. Otherwise I just live with the imperfections.

I might do some cropping and/or resizing but I don't do much else.

No I really don't outside of what Shutterfly can do (and that's limited). Remember the old days of film and you just dropped it off to be developed and hoped for the best? Well my DSLR and iPhone 6 take much better photos and I can actually "see" if I got a good shot lol. I am such a lazy scrapbooker these days that if I had to worry about fancy editing for all my pictures I'd seriously never get anything in an album.

I've found that when I place a large photo order because of a deal, I'm usually not happy with the print quality and try to remind myself to resist the temptation! I prefer to edit all my photos but I admit that sometimes I get lazy and consider them good enough!

I edit every picture, even if it is just cropping/resizing. At least I don't have to worry about red eye anymore. I think the most I've sent for developing in one shot was 150.

I edit every picture - crop, brightness, curves, sharpness. I also edit a lot of my pics into 3x4's (2 per 4x6 print) and that takes time but saves me a lot of money (and makes page designs more fun!)
I was WAY behind on my photos...backing up to Aug 2014...because of a computer harddrive failure. I am now caught up to Spring Break. I had a batch of 500 photos to print last week!
I'm finding that my iphone has ADDED to my photo burden. Now, I have to e-mail the pics to myself, edit and print them too!!! But I capture far more "real life" stuff just by always having a camera with me.

I should, but I don't. I should brighten, add fill flash, color correct, or sharpen, but I'm too lazy to. I miss the old days of taking my film in to be developed and if the picture was too dark, I could take it back to the lab to be reprinted.

I only crop photos if needed other than that I don't edit. Maybe I should do more editing but I don't have the patience.
Sometimes I think Oh I should edit these photos but then I don't and just place the order. I figure at least I'm still printing them. Most people I know just take photos with their phone and never get them printed.

Sigh..... I wish I could just print and let it be, but I am too anal for that. As I was reading the responses, I was thinking that the internet and the digital world are a blessing and a curse. I have so many bookmarks and emails to clean up/out also.

My PC refuses to see my iphone outside of itunes...it's not listed under "devices" So I cannot get my photos onto my computer except by the cloud (which I lost when I upgraded my computer...laziness...need to get it going again) or e-mail. I want a Mac

I plug the phone in and a box pops up asking me if I want to transfer photos. (I might have to accept something on my phone, too.... I just did this Monday but I do it on auto pilot now).

You can Dropbox or Airdrop iphone photos to yourself, and it will probably be much easier than going in and emailing the pics. I use Dropbox to get all my iPhone photos on my computer.

I edit all my photos on my iphone with the PicTapGo app. I use the "Lights On" feature on every single one, because nearly all digital photos need some brightening up. Then I make any other small edits I need, and save to my phone. Keeping up with photo editing is one thing I'm not super fond of in the scrappy process, but I make it easier by doing around 10 at a time when I'm waiting in line, or if we're going somewhere and I'm not driving.

I edit some, but not every picture, because they all don't need it. I usually order 300-600 pictures at a time.

i transfer my photos to my computer frequently and organize them into sub folders. That way when Im ready to scrap that page I can find them easily. I normally pick out my 5 favorites and edit those and print at home. I only edit the pictures I am scrapping and I normally dont save over the original.
I use picmonkey.com, its a free photo editor that has a lot of good options

I live at Sam's on ordering day. They have five machines so I don't feel badly. I made memory books for my kids at school and had 25 pictures in each book for all 24 kids. I did not edit those much.

I edit a lot of my pictures, mostly for exposure, but sometimes to straighten or crop. I try to do it as soon as I upload them into iPhoto. As I review them, I also tag which ones are the best versions to print. That way I'm all ready to upload to Costco when the mood strikes me. They usually need further cropping edits, which I do on the Costco photo site.

I don't have photo editing software and am afraid to get it because I am behind enough as it is w/developing my pictures! Deleting the crappy ones and removing red eye is enough work for me. So my answer is no, not really.

I edit every photo - very time consuming and why I tend to print at home. I'm sure if I took a photography class and learned to take better photos, I'd have less of a need for this. But until then. every. single. photo.

I take a lot of pictures. Then I use Picassa (free) to do minor edits for the ones I want to scrap. I usually print about 100 at a time. Otherwise I feel overwhelmed with what I have to scrap.
