The game on Saturday night, the Ducks had 3 goals in 37 seconds. It's never over till it's over. LOL But they still lost, so I guess you're right- it's not over til it's over. Last night's game was crazy. Two Toews goals in the last minutes, to tie the game? My God, these teams are going to give me a heart attack. I was (of course) sorry to see them lose, but happy overtime didn't turn into double and triple overtime. Some of these games...I just can't stand it. But I can't walk away either. I don't really have a horse in this race and these games are about to kill me! I can't believe I stayed up the other night to watch that 3rd overtime for teams that aren't mine. But Stanley Cup playoffs...man, are they exciting!! I remember (barely) how it felt when the Stars used to make the playoffs.

Rangers are cool - I like yandle, really nice guy and was sad to see him leave AZ. I hate Chicago. I like vermette, again a really nice guy - but I hate the Hawks.
I like the ducks simply because they sponsor a tournament in February that I've played in twice and it's been excellent. Their people do an amazing job putting it together.

The game was so exciting (if you are a Blackhawks fan) and then 15 seconds into overtime so disappointing! Two empty net goals was pretty amazing. If my dd wasn't engaged I would track down Jonathan Toews to set them up. I would say stalk him, but he might not appreciate that. Go Blackhawks! Two more games to win and they are in the Stanley Cup Championship!

I'm rooting for the Blackhawks! Although I'm not so convinced they are going to pull it off. St Louis Blues are my fav team but Hawks are second. Been a bit disappointed in Crawford this whole playoff season but I would love for them to win!! The 3 goals in 37 seconds was a huge let down and I was surprised Crawford got to start last night. Tampa Bay has been very impressive this series!

Let's go Ducks! My family has had season tickets for 10 years, but it was usually dh and ds going -- until ds moved to Philly. Now I'm kind of obsessed. The playoffs are a lot of fun. I'm rooting for Tampa Bay in the East just because I feel that the NHL and the networks give the original six all the love.

I'm so glad you all showed up. I was worried that most of our hockey loving peas didn't make the move or something.

Yes they did but what a breakdown by the Hawks to let them back in the game like that. Three goals in 37 seconds. Is that a playoff record? Ultimately, those 3 goals put the Duck ahead by one and the Hawks tied it up and then won it in OT. The Ducks came back last night. For those who are real fans of one of these teams, it is probably heart attack games. For those like me who really don't care who wins, they are fun. LOL I always have a team I am rooting for but not disappointed if they don't come through.

We had some super exciting times this past season and some real heartbreakers. It really sucks when your team is #2 (I think that is where we ended up) in goals scored but also about #28ish in goals against. When they finally made some changes on the blue line, we started playing much better. Heck, getting a right handed D man was HUGE. We didn't have any. Now, we need Kari to get his head together and play like he did in the 2013-14 season. He has to do much better and quit letting in so many soft goals. Right now, he is our biggest question mark and he still has a few years on his contract. I'm not sure if he has a no trade clause but he has a big salary.

I'm stepping up my trashtalk after tonight's Rangers game. That was awesome! Looking forward to Friday night's game 7 back at MSG. I will say this about Tampa--the crowd barely seems into the game and the organist plays some really bad rally music. There. I've trash talked!

My two BIL's and FIL are huge Duck fans. We used to have season tickets. BIL even has the playoff beard going (not sure how his new wife feels about that though). Ha ha. DH likes them too but isn't as into it as his family.

Ultimately, those 3 goals put the Duck ahead by one and the Hawks tied it up and then won it in OT.Yes- it was surely a heart attack game. And those 3 goals were stressful - but the important thing is that they didn't lose their shit. They pulled it together and won that game. Surely the Ducks know the feeling. Jonathan Toews scored back to back goals in the final two minutes of the last game to force overtime. What a breakdown by the Ducks, to let them back in the game like that, right?

Three minutes is plenty of time to score 2 goals and tie it up - right?

I wonder what the Limits are for his limited NTC. It might be that he gets to say what teams they can't trade him too or at least a list of 10 or something like that. That could mean that we can't trade him because we wouldn't get any takers with the way he played last season. I wish you could have been at the last home game when Jamie won the Art Ross. That had to be one of the most exciting regular season games I have been to. I had a friend with me that was attending her first NHL game. She is hooked!

And you know that game wasn't televised outside DFW. I was pea livid!! I would have rather been there but I didn't see it at all...just listened online. Even that was electric!
