If there is such a thing, LOL! I am trying to use the same phrase on 2 different "projects". I want them the same font, size, height width and spacing. And it is not possible! How can that be? HELP!

Did you make sure your projects have different names? I just typed "the quick brown" and saved it as "the quick". I then started a new project and opened "the quick" and then saved it as "brown". They are the same project, but have different names.
