I am generally a healthy eater. I eats tons of veggies and fruits and for lunch and dinner I find it easy to make a healthy meal. Breakfast, on the other hand, I either skip altogether (bad) or eat a greasy bacon and egg and cheese sandwich. Obviously this is derailing my diet. I have tried and tried to like yogurt, but I hate it. I don't like dairy products for the most part, with the exception of cheese. I work during the day so I need something I can pre-make or something quick to make on my way out the door.
Any ideas?

I like a fake "oatmeal" made of chia seed, ground flax and unsweetened shredded coconut. The mix is made of equal parts of each ingredient. A quarter cup of the mix added to half a cup of hot water (you could use milk, nut milks or juice) and topped with just a little fruit makes a tasty breakfast. holisticallyengineered.com/2013/05/instant-cinnamon-oatmeal-low-carb.html She uses cinnamon in her recipe. I omitted it. And I prefer more liquid in mine so it isn't as thick at the mix to liquid ratio she uses.

Oatmeal, prepare in the crockpot and portioned out, a veggie omelet, or a smoothy.

Yogurt (I know you said you don't like it) Eggs Toast with peanut butter Cheese and nuts Oatmeal with slivered almonds and milk.
For me the key to breakfast is not to think "diet food". I need protein, and if I eat it then I'm not hungry till lunch time, or maybe I'll just have some fruit mid-morning. But I'm never "starving-have-to-eat-everything" hungry if I get that protein.

I eat a piece of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread, toasted with Sunbutter, cinnamon and banana on it. Or I eat two eggs over easy. Both are quick to fix.

Pre-made egg cups with sautéed veggies, maybe chicken sausage or a little bacon, a bit of cheese.
Protein shake with half a frozen banana and some almond milk. I'm liking my Tera's Whey protein powder because it's pretty clean relatively speaking and tastes good.
Sweet potato hash with an egg. I precook the potatoes and just make the egg at the last minute.

Do you like oatmeal? I have eaten instant oatmeal for breakfast for decades, and I find that it holds me till lunch better than anything else. (I certainly couldn't handle anything greasy in the morning.) Before I discovered the benefits of oatmeal, I used to eat cold cereal with milk, but I found that I would binge on the dry cereal. Can't do that with oatmeal! Plus, it has many benefits for your health. I've never tried steel-cut oats, and the instant kind has the same benefits as the kind you cook--it's just cut finer, so it's ready more quickly. Just add boiling water. I find that two envelopes = 1 serving for me, and I like to mix an envelope of the flavored kind with an envelope of "regular" (plain), to cut the sweetness.

You could do an egg sandwich on whole grain with turkey bacon.

It doesn't necessarily have to be "breakfast food" if you aren't finding options. Just make it a third meal of the day and incorporate the foods you like into that third meal.
I like smoothies so I can get all my fruits in one shot. Sometimes string cheese, nuts and an apple.

It needs to sit, oh, maybe 3 minutes. I pour my hot water on and run do something else to get ready for work and it will be ready to eat when I get back to the kitchen. I also sometimes just put cold water (or milk or juice) on it in a lidded container and take it to work. Ready when I get to work (about a 10 minute commute)

You don't have to eat breakfast foods in the morning- eat what you like.

I always start my day with a Vanilla flavoured proteinshake and coffee. I had Gastric Bypass Surgery a couple of years ago, and I lost a lot of weight, but now I am done with the 'free ride' the operation gave me and I have to work to get the last pounds off. My doctor told me I HAD to drink proteinshakes, because I NEED the protein every day, and also because I work out I need it. It is quick to blend up a shake every morning, and it leaves me feeling satisfied for hours.

I typically have, one boiled egg with one piece of toast and a small banana, or a serving of greek yogurt with honey, or steel cut oats that I cook in the slow cooker overnight. I eat the oatmeal with blueberries and sliced banana.

Protein. Leftover meat/fish from the previous night's dinner, turkey burger, eggs. Plus full fat Greek yogurt and a little fruit.
ETA: That's not dieting, that's how I always eat. When I want to take off a few pounds I just greatly reduce the already reduced amount of starchy carbs I've been eating.

I eat a bagel with peanut butter. I put the bagel on my food scale and measure the peanut butter so I don't over do it. If I am watching my carbs or need a lower calorie breakfast I will have 2 eggs with some sauteed veggies (usually spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes.)
You can certainly make a healthy breakfast sandwich. Whole grain toast or english muffin, an egg, a slice of ham. You can add an ounce of cheese if your calorie allotment allows. You can make them up ahead of time and just nuke in the morning.

I gave up sugar & white stuff, so this morning, I had 3 eggs - soft boiled. Just scooped them out into a bowl and ate them with a spoon.
Some mornings I'll have a shake - frozen fruit mix, yogurt, spinach, flax seed (ground) and almond milk.

I make French toast with one slice of healthy bread (something whole grain with fiber), and one egg. No oil in the pan, just a bit of cooking spray. I usually eat it with about 1/3-1/4 cup of ricotta.

We are reducing our sugar/processed grain intake, so for breakfast choices this week I have omelettes with spinach and goat cheese, bacon/tomato sandwiches on 100% whole grain toast, toast with avocado or almond butter, and plain Greek yogurt with fresh berries.

I eat an egg sandwich, one whole egg and an egg white cooked in a non stick pan. I use Sara Lee Delitghtful bread. With WW I can have two slices of that for 2 points.

When I'm trying to lose a few pounds, I eat breakfast as I normally would. Coffee, fruit and a bagel, or toast and cereal. I go by the rule "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper." It works for me. Slowly, but it works. I find I need and burn off the earlier calories during the day and then don't add much later in the day.

I have to be at work at 6am, so I like to have something that I can have ready to grab and eat at my desk. My breakfast of choice is 2 hardboiled eggs and a half of a grapefruit. On my days off, I'll either do the same thing or make a veggie omelet.
