Questions about Avery Elle storage... I am thinking about moving my stamps out of cd cases and into Avery Elle envelopes. So i am putting the stamps on to a piece of transparency film to hold them. Is there something any one here likes better? I am also putting a piece of film over them so they don't stick to the package. Is this necessary?
i know many people is the printed transparency they come on, but those are used in my catalog.
if you are using fridge binz how many stamp sets fit in a binz?I estimate that I have about 400+. Cd cases!!
i am planning to label the envelopes the same way the cd cases were so that I can still find things.
i also am in the middle of cataloging my stamps in Evernote.... My dies and embossing folders are already done.... Being on line causes a lot of WORK!

I recently switched to AE envelopes for stamps and embossing folders. I couldn't find trasparency film so I ran white paper through my laminator and cut it to just smaller than the envelope size and stuck the stamps on that. For the top sheet I ran a blank transparency jacket through and used that. For the unmounted rubber stamps I stamped the image on the white paper before laminating and stuck the stamps on the back and I can see the image on the front. Does that make sense?
I'll count the packets in the fridge binz when I get home from work.

scrapaddie - I just measured and calculated that in the double Fridge Binz FridgeBinz I'd be able to fit 50-55 sets of clear stamps or probably 36-40 unmounted rubber on each side. The SU DVD cases are two per inch so only 24 of those with no room to flip through. Oh, and for CB embossing folders, probably about 60 per side.

@thekatsmeow - thanks for sharing. I'm an organization freak and love looking at other ideas.

I would need a lot of storage bins.... probably at least 5 and a place to put them... I may have to think of a different storage method. My embossing folders would fit in one... I already have one for my dies.. thank you!!
