How do y'all hang, store, fold, etc. sweaters? Long sleeve cold weather ones and light, short sleeve warm weather ones? I've tried folding different ways, they always hold wrinkles. Hanging doesn't work, even for the lightest ones due to "hanger shoulder."
I'm going to try some double sided tape on hangers to see if I can arrange the shoulders in a way that doesn't produce hanger shoulder.
Any tips? Thank you!

I fold my pull over sweaters and hang my cardigans. I use those hangers that are really slim and have a velvet like finish. The last ones I got at the Container store, but I've seen them other places. When I hang my sweaters, I try to make sure the hanger is on the shoulder seam and I have never had any trouble with hanger shoulders.

If it's loose weaved I fold it. More tightly woven gets hung. I don't seem to have problems with "hangar shoulders" as long as the sweater is dry when I hang it and I don't use wire hangars.

My closet looks like this photo, except it's the big bulky sweaters on top. Thin sweaters hang on hangers.

Cardigans get hung, all other sweaters are folded. I seem to get hanger shoulders no matter which kind of hanger I try!

I usually fold mine due to space issues, but I also don't like 'hanger shoulders' and don't want them to stretch from the weight.
You could possibly fold them only in half and then drape them over the hanger, kind of like how you would hang a pair of pants on a hanger?? (less folds = less wrinkles, maybe)
I have a number of thing-a-ma-jigs that clip onto a plastic hanger that help to 'shape' the shoulder so as to avoid the 'shoulder nipple' sort of thing... I'll see if I can find them somewhere online and post a link.

They allget folded. I don't really use hangers except for dresses.

Since I store mine in drawers., I fold in half matching arms and front edges then roll. Easier to store in drawers and see what is available.

All sweaters get folded. I hate having the shoulder poof.

Sweaters in rotation are folded on hangers. If I dryclean them I request this from the cleaner too.
Sweaters that might be phased out, or the few I have for colder climates, are folded in bins on upper shelf (similar to photo above).
Extra tshirts and blouses are kept this way, next stop is donation bag.
