I've pea mailed a few people from the stampers board. I haven't gotten pea mail responses but that doesn't mean that people didn't come here.
So, if you know people pea mail is still working. Go back to the stamping board and find them to let them know where we all ended up.

I used to be on the stamping board a lot but after the mass exodus several years ago I went less and less until I almost completely quit going.

I am, but I mostly hung out at the General Scrapping board. I almost never went to the stamping board because I don't do as much of the fancy stuff with my stamps as a lot of the stamping gals seemed to.
I use my stamps a lot in my scrapping.

I'm a cardmaker but not much of a stamper - I like stamps but mostly end up using sentiment stamps on the cards

I've used my stamps in both scrapping and card making. Lately it has been more cards....noooo....lately I've been coloring images that I've stamped!! Then I have to cut them out and then the cards!!

Hey! Admin moved it to the new board! One thing I always saw on the old 2 peas stamping board was people talking about Copic markers. I FINALLY use markers! I bought my first Copics about 2 years ago now, had 12.
Then last October, I was at Hobby Lobby and they had a bunch marked down to $2.59. I got 12 more! Then stopped at the LSS in Roswell and got 3 brown & red brown markers so I could paint my Dachshund stamp images. Still not great at it but I'm improving!

Copics....don't be afraid. It takes practice, but they have beautiful results! Watch for classes in your area.

I was a lurker pretty much in every board on twopeas, but I love stamps, it´s hard to resist getting new stamps. I might not have tons like some other people but the ones I do have I love them! I´ll be around this board more often  |

I used to participate on the Stamping board as well but I left when the mass exodus happened since it was so quiet. So glad to see this group and forum. Copics are wonderful to use but it is easy to get hooked. I started out with 3 and now I have 270+! I always buy from Oozak so the price is much easier on the wallet. So grateful to our Fairy Pod Mother for setting us up to gather together.

Then in March I had surgery and for five weeks watched nothing but card making videos so once I was mobile again I got started on cards. Since then I make about 10 cards a week so now I consider myself a card maker. My stamp collection was mostly alphas and AE stamps but now I've invested in sentiment stamps and am slowly acquiring more that are geared toward cards. So glad that have this great board to come to now. |
