I've never bought any at the grocery store, but I've made some with sour cream and marshmallow fluff, or sour cream and brown sugar. Yummy with strawberries!

1 jar marshmallow fluff 1 (8 oz) brick cream cheese
Whip with mixer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
You can add a bit of granulated or powdered sugar if you like more sweet.

If you want a chocolate fruit dip, equal amounts of nutella and greek yogurt mixed together is pretty good. These days I just buy Philadelphia cheesecake in a tub for fruit trays. ETA: Dang, sorry for the necrobump. I was looking for new Thanksgiving ideas and didn't realize how old this thread was!
