Anyone else already thinking Christmas projects. I find scrapbooking Christmas and Christmas cards the easiest to do project wise. My Christmas supplies are sorted well and limited maybe that's why I find it easier to just do. I pulled a bunch of stuff and created a large page kit, if you will to do a December daily. Unfortunately my spouse was hurt at work the begining of December and project got put on hold. I am determined this year. Should be easy to do considering everything is already pulled and thought out Plus the new memory box release has me thinking. I think this will help get me motivated to just get creative Oh forgot another project I wanted to do last year. I bought a lodge die from cottagekutz I was inspired by Kittie Kraft blog post.

I haven't started yet, but I've been thinking about it. Trying to make Christmas cards anywhere near Christmas time is totally overwhelming. I think it is time to get them started!

I ordered the Pink Paislee Snow Village collection today from craftysteals to put in my December Daily basket. I'm hoping my daughters and I can make a few pages and embellishments and sort of get a feel for how we all want it to look before they go back to school.
I'm not sure about other Christmas gifts yet. Two years ago I made Smash kits for all three of my daughters. Maybe this year I'll make a scrapbooking kit up with an album.

Btw, yesterday and today craftysteals had Christmas lines as their daily steals. Not to be an enabler or anything.

I don't tend to make anything Christmassy other than Christmas cards - I got fed up of feeling overwhelmed come December so last year I made a Christmas card a week to see if I could keep up with it, and I did! It totally paid off come December. I'm not a very good at doing x number of the same design and love making something new for each card so it worked fine for me. I'm doing the same again this year as part of the 52 cards challenge on my blog and have kept up with it so far, a bit sad to think we have already reached the half way point...

I plan on doing some glass etching for Christmas gifts. The only thing scrappy about it is I will use my Cricut to cut the stencils. I need to get started.

God bless all you people who make Christmas cards. I do not have the patience to make 80+ like some of you do. I bow down . . . I would love to start doing the December Daily, but every year I never seem to get around to it. Anal retentive thing that I am, while I scrap chronologically for the majority of our photos, I alternate working on those pages w/working on ones from our vacations & Christmas. I guess I figured those are the photos most people want to see, so I try to be a little more ahead with those. So, my 'schedule' is from January thru June I work on vacation photos and from July thru November I work on Christmas photos. So my long-winded answer to your question is yes, I am thinking about Christmas!

I need to get a jump on Christmas cards. My little guy is due November 3rd, so I'm guessing if they aren't done by then, Hallmark it is this year!

Funny, I can't even look at Christmas paper now. Or think about Christmas. I was in Hobby Lobby with DS the other day and they had a bunch of Christmas stuff out already and it made me turn around and walk the other direction. LOL!
I do usually love to scrapbook Christmas photos… but in January. It seems like the holidays are so busy and packed full, I don't really get to sit down and relish the time, so I sort of do that in January when I scrap the photos. It still kind of feels like Christmas out since it's cold and whatnot, and I usually get pretty inspired!
