Mine is why do they have to put adhesive on the back of the sheets of chipboard embellishments? On the back they put the adhesive and a white peel off sheet over the adhesive. When you try to punch out a piece of the chipboard the white sheet tears and exposes the adhesive on the pieces you aren't using. When you try to store it the adhesive exposed sticks to anything it touches. Hey, manufacturers! We are scrapbookers. We have adhesive. Leave it off these embelishments!

I miss that there's not many distinctive products out there. Right now it's brush script, water color, and pastel. I like a variety. Now that AC has bought so many companies, I'm afraid it will be more of the same.

Mine would be why can't the holes in 3-ring and post bound page protectors (and albums for that matter) have standard positions? It makes drives me nuts when I have to buy a pack of protectors on the fly somewhere and the stupid holes don't match up with the posts on my albums! Seriously, does it have to be that difficult?

I agree. Just dealing with this at the moment with a combination of Becky Higgins and standard AC page protectors and I have to keep stretching the AC ones so they flip.

I have to do all my shopping (except for Michaels), online now... I can't stand when companies post illustrations of their products instead of pictures of the actual product... Also don't like it when they don't show what's in the embellishment pack (just a picture of the packaging), or don't show what's on the reverse... I can usually find those things on blogs or haul videos, but I wish the manufacturers would do it...

And now for my own pet peeve.
I would just like a trimmer that cuts a straight line. And/or for the photo developing place to buy a trimmer that cuts in a straight line. Is that really too much to ask. Apparently it is. <sigh>

Flair by October Afternoon is very cute and I like it a lot. My pet peeve is the stuff Two Peas is selling. It isn't appealing to me. I have tons and tons of wood veneers from Doxie Lady and I love them all. I wasn't thrilled with the Two Peas stuff.

These are all good ones!
Mine is an old one that seems to be getting better - more vowels in alpha packs.

I agree with all of these, especially about knowing what's in a package of embellishments. I'd like to actually know what I'm buying, thanks. Same with seeing pocket scrapping cards. I know BH posts some of the lines but not all. Other companies I can't find what other cards are in them. I'm starting to take the view that they must not want my money if they're not going to show me what I'm getting.

Something that drives me crazy is when you peel off a chipboard element or alpha and the whole bottom layer of the piece comes off, including the adhesive. Then you are left with this soft, messy bottom. I hate that. It also drives me nuts when the middle of alphas won't come off. (Like the inside piece of an "a" or e", etc.

I have one more. Would it kill the manufacturers to print the paper design an extra 1/8" into the cutoff strip on both sides so when you cut it off at the 12" mark, the paper design would go ALL the way to the cut off edge? I cut up most of my patterned paper so I notice this a LOT. Sometimes I can work around it but other times my mat layer will end up being shorter on one side because I have to trim extra paper off at the edge of the patterned design... GRRRR! Just annoying. And probably easily fixable on the manufacturing end.

I hate letter stickers or any sticker that won't stick. If the manufacturer has applied adhesive to it, it should stick to my layout.

I agree...stop putting adhesive on the bottom of the chipboard. 1) I don't trust that it will stay sticky forever and 2) I hate when the white cover peels or slips off or the back of the chipboard peels off and you have the raw side.

Misspelled words! Honestly, this is inexcusable. And I'm not talking about alternate spellings. "Februray" Really??

What the heck??? I needed stickers for a project at her birthday and when I figured out how many "y"s I would need and I gave up.

Mine is definitely adhesive on embellishments that don't stick.
I have yet to buy even one pack of Thickers because every single time I go into a store and am tempted to get them, the letters are falling off and scattered in the package. So obviously they won't stick on my layout if they can't stick in their own packaging.

I agree with all of the above, especially the one about being able to see the embellishments in a package and the nonexistent spell checking. Anyone else remember the HS Thursday fiasco? My pry peeve is paper pads come with cute embellishments that have to be fussy cut. I would gladly pay a couple more dollars it the companies would turn them into stickers or punch-outs.

Another online buying issue: Correct colour (if you have bothered to calibrate your monitor) representation, FULL descriptions including size and quantity, and REAL item pictures. Take it out of the package if you must, I don't care, but SHOW ME what I'm getting! I hate getting something and the colour is wrong or there's distressing that wasn't in your picture because it was the mock up and not of the real item. I can't touch anything before I buy it and I hate having to suffer with something I was previously excited to get.
Definitely the page protector hole thing, and the expense of them. I *know* they're making these things for a penny, why does it cost me $5 for 10 of them at Target? WHHHHHHYYYYYY?!
