I went to my local Michaels store this morning. There were 30 people in line to pay which was a good sign. I headed for the embellishment section and there was a good selection of flowers which are my thing. At 40% off I had a field day! There was other stuff I would have liked to have bought but I had to be realistic. Storage is at a premium.
I considered getting some scissors and other tools but I am sure I can find 5 pairs in the house somewhere (some people like scrapbooking scissors).
When I went to check out I was the only one in line and the cashier was waiting for me! Service is so much better now. There are lots of people on the floor who know things! Yay!

Yes I have a coupon for 40% off your whole regular priced purchase. I am so going to Mike's tomorrow. It's between 9 and 1 pm. I was hoping it was today, but I can wait until tomorrow. I am giddy with excitement!!! I saw quite a bit of cool stuff I wanted. Yay!!!

I wish that my Michael's had a bigger/ better paper crafts section....that kind of coupon would be lovely! (reminding myself as I type that I am trying to stay frozen!)

Sorry the other Peas Michaels aren't good. Shall we picket? Hold a rally? Picketing is so Canadian...we want better paper and embellishments. More stamps, too!

I got my first Cricut with a 40% off. It was the first weekend they went on sale and no one had changed the coupons. Good times.

What the hell are the enamel dots called on the Michaels website? I keep coming up empty. I even tried the brand name Sprinkles. Nuthin'.... I can't believe they wouldn't have any!

Iv'e never heard of sprinlkes but common enamel dots (yes that is what I would search for) brands are: MME SC Pebbles EP Wp DB well heck almost every big brand has them.... But Micheal's in my area really only sells their Recollections brand anymore  Honestly whenever I have bought them in last few years I get them from peachycheap... 6 packs for around $10-12 varying by brand, it's the best deal I have found and has me set for all colors for a while. However, you have to wait til they post another deal, usually theu offer these regularily though. |

Wow, I just checked and I have a 40% coupon also. I've never seen them offer more than 20% off of your entire purchase. Its almost 5 here. I wonder if there's anything left on the shelves.

I had fun at Michaels. After I got 40-60% off everything, I gave them my teacher discount for another 15%. Love it.
Why did they only have one cash register open at five? The end of the line was all the way through the floral dept. Ugh.
