A frustrating week end..what should have been an easy fix fast became a bigger project...had a water drip from faucet but the part that needed to unscrew ...didn't so a new one was needed and had trouble with that here in the kitchen...I just wanted the drip fixed is all...grrrr....Chris has to re-adjust the faucet so it is turned right but ran out of time...but it is almost done, at least I have hot and cold water here in the kitchen again...
Doctor visit for me tomorrow...just my check up and reading of the blood work that I had to have done before I went in to see him. Hoping my numbers are good. I know the weight isn't.
I am still getting the 10'000 steps in though.

Aww heck gailoh - hate it when a small job turns into a project! Glad you've got hit and cold water in the kitchen I hope the doctor visit goes well tomorrow. Mum is still weekly visits to the hospital  A thanks for your good wishes |

didn't get my steps in yesterday, wasn't feeling well for some reason....and today seems to be a slow start as well...well that is interesting ...doctors office just called and had to reschedule to Oct. 29th...grrrr
I so hope this day goes better...not off to good start...lol

Over 7000 not enough but at least I am moving...been taking care of my daughter's house and pets,so that is a back and forth thing, they come back tonight. To get to the other side of our town it to her home takes me 30 minutes...grrr
Had our wood burning stove going last night, it is in the 40s here now.
Still watching more on what I am putting into my mouth...surprising myself I do not want as many sweets but still wanting snacks but not sweet things so sugar intake is less.

Over 7000 is better than 3500 I'd love a wood burning stove, someday when we build our own home, it's on my wish list. I hope your daughter has had a good trip |

they went to Gettysburg PA...a place where a big battle took place during the civil war in the 1800's...she said they had a great time there...I hope she took a lot of pictures...lol
It was in the 30's last night and almost 40 here now...lol...a bit nippy out...beautiful day and clear out...
Fall is the time of year I like best then Spring when the trees are just budding out...
Don't know how many steps I will get in today...I have a treadmill that is a great work of art down in the family room...it calls to me but I am so stubborn and I do not listen to it much...lol
