NO! That Siri never listens to me. Friggin pita. I tell her call DS iphone and she says there is no iphone listed for DS. So I open my phone and open DS's contact and there is his iPhone number. That Siri is just like my damn teens.

Yes I love Siri. When I take a nap I tell her when to wake me up. Also for reminders such as "remind me to make an appointment or buy something"

I have a love-hate relationship with her. I use her to call my mom and about half of the time she'll say "I don't know who your mother is." Then I scream "Yes, you do." Sometimes there's no problem at all. I also use her for directions.

So instead of doing what I ask she blurts out the first excuse she comes up with.

Call home Call DH Call...
Well, you get the idea. That's pretty much the only exercise Siri gets from me. DH makes her work much harder. He says his fingers are too big to type efficiently on his phone!

I use her frequently...sending texts to the kids, reading texts, calling, timers, name that song, directions, etc.

I use it a lot on my phone, hardly ever on my iPad. I use it a lot for texting when I'm driving. It's handy when the kids need to get picked up and want to know how long until I get there. Since I can't text them when I'm driving, I have Siri text them. I also use it to take notes for me when I'm driving, and to call people when I'm returning calls. . I do some of my best thinking behind the wheel.

Siri can't understand my Philadelphia accent. She never does any thing I ask!

I love the Big Bang Theory episode where Raj starts having a 'relationship' with Siri. And then when Kripke asks her for the nearest restaurant with his lisp and she can't understand him. Man, I love that show.

I don't ever use her but my daughter (8 years old) talks to her all the time and really thinks she is a friend or something. Siri tells her stories, answers her endless questions, and tells her jokes. It is a step above an imaginary friend! Omg this is ingenuous. I'm going to have to teach my 4yo how to talk to siri. My question limit gets maxed out some days.

I love Siri - my talk to text doesn't work well, but Siri understands every word I say. I use her for alarms and lots and lots of questions about life.

I'm having her read a book aloud to me that I have in the Kindle app on my iphone. She doesn't have the inflections that an audiobook narrator would have, but I can listen to it when I'm driving or cleaning then read when I have time to read.

I ask her to do things like: Set a timer for 20 minutes Remind me to pick up the package at 4pm today Google the phone number for xxx (usually a business) Awww, man, what is the trick to making Google searches work?? I did try Siri a couple of weeks ago while I was driving and desperately needed a phone number. I thought I was so smart when I remembered Siri and asked her to google a number for me. Never worked. Nothing I said ever made her open google, let alone conduct a search. She just kept repeating stupid things back to me. I ended up doing it at a stoplight. I totally believe you do it --- can you teach me the magic??

Sending texts, making calls, giving directions, finding things when I'm driving (the nearest gas station, Starbucks etc.). My kids like to ask Siri questions too.

Yes and she interacts with my car so I can give her voice commands from there.

If you want a laugh (and aren't an Indians fan), ask Siri who her favorite baseball team is.

Pretty much never. Though oddly, now that we have an Echo, I've been talking to Alexa quite a bit.

My kids and I like to have fun with Siri. They like to ask her what the fox says. I enjoy having the British male Siri give me directions.

Before I leave for a destination, I have her make a call for me and then talk to the person on speaker phone for the duration of the trip. The phone is on the floor and we talk. I am no where near my phone when I am driving and yet can have a long conversation that way. Works perfectly! (And it's legal!)

I was on the way to a medical appointment across town and came upon a wreck with stopped traffic. I grabbed my phone and told Siri please take me to Sawmill Rd. She gave me instructions for an alternate route and I was on time to my appointment. What a life saver!!!

Siri and I do not see eye to eye. My kids think it is hilarious how much we do not get along. My four year old told her last night she wasn't very good at her job. I think they would have spent last night talking to her and giggling if I would have had enough battery life.
